Pacific Canvas is a Modesto, California based company that was established in 1984 by Richard Peterson. First founded by Mr. Peterson as Peterson Tarp and Awning with a goal to provide quality tarp repair, service and tarp manufacturing for the central valley. As demand for awnings and more custom fabric work began to grow in 1986 he changed the name to Pacific Canvas Company. Eventually to become Peterson-Ellis Enterprises Inc. doing business as Pacific Canvas Company. The goal still remains the same in all manufacturing areas we do business in, Quality is key.
